About the role
- Work at the core of quality data, turning numbers into insights and insights into action
- Review technical drawings, document inspection methods, and prepare appropriate tools
- Ensure product rework methods and tools are in place, documented, and effectively used
- Create and maintain quality instructions, control plans, procedures, and risk assessments
- Ensure inspection methods and tools are in place, documented, and effectively used
- Prepare and update process control plans for production lines
- Develop quality test tasks for production operators to boost first-time-right results
- Apply preventive actions to avoid production issues before they happen
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a quality department within a manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of inspection methods (incoming inspections, control plans, process checks)
- Skills in data analytics and reporting to help spot trends and root causes
- Experience creating quality documentation and process instructions
- Ability to read and adjust technical drawings when needed
- Familiarity with problem-solving tools like 5 Whys, FMEA, or RCA
- Clear communicator — especially when it comes to technical and quality requirements
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem prevention
- Adaptable and curious—comfortable learning new standards and methods
