About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade shows, partner events, and B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate projects across Sales, Marketing, Design, and Commercial teams.
  • Create and manage partner-facing marketing materials, presentations, newsletters, and sales assets.
  • Manage B2B content across LinkedIn, email campaigns, presentations, and other communication channels.
  • Conduct market, competitor, and partner research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all B2B-facing materials align with BURGA’s brand identity and standards.
  • Track performance, analyze results, and continuously improve B2B marketing activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, Trade Marketing, Partner Marketing, Sales Enablement, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
  • Strong understanding of B2B communications, marketing materials, and partner engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical thinking.
  • Experience with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar.
  • Fluent in English.
