  • Partner closely with hiring managers to plan, prioritize, and execute complex hiring needs while mentoring the TA team and leading initiatives
  • Build strong connections with hiring managers and other stakeholders to make our hiring process work well together
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for critical and senior-level roles
  • Stay up-to-date with market changes, salary benchmarks, and industry trends, providing strategic insights
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and a personalized approach
  • Propose and implement new ideas to elevate and streamline the hiring process
  • Become an expert in utilizing our recruitment systems and channels
  • Mentor and train the TA team, supporting their growth and development
  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition and broader HR projects to support organizational goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced environment, with senior-level exposure
  • Previous experience working in an agency would be a plus
  • Experience hiring across multiple countries and at least a base knowledge of salary transparency, job posting requirements, etc.
  • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills, using creative strategies
  • Experience with work style/personality/EQ tests in the interview process
  • Native-level proficiency in Lithuanian and strong command of English
  • Ability to stay composed and effective in high-pressure situations
  • Analytical mindset with a talent for solving complex challenges
