About the role

  • Take full ownership of the email marketing function at BURGA and drive its strategic direction.
  • Manage 18 email marketing accounts
  • Develop impactful, on-brand email campaigns designed to increase sales.
  • Develop persuasive, conversion-focused email copy that supports overarching marketing goals.
  • Build, test, and optimize both automated and manual email flows.
  • Run A/B tests to ensure peak performance.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes and continuously iterate to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain consistent branding, storytelling, and tone across all email communications.

Requirements

  • A track record of creating high-performing campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (campaign setup, automation flows, audience segmentation).
  • Analytical mindset and a data-driven optimization approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for visual and brand consistency.
