• Here at Burendo, we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Business Development Manager to join our growing sales team.
• This role is focused on winning new business, primarily in the private sector (SMB and Enterprise), by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
• This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of the hunt, enjoys networking, and can balance consultative selling with commercial drive.
• The role requires 3 days a week in our central Leeds office unless on client site.

Senior Business Development Manager

Analyst

• Support programme delivery across multiple complex projects
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
• Produce clear, high-quality reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Maintain RAID logs, documentation, and governance timelines
• Support performance tracking, KPI analysis, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate governance activities and ensure reporting integrity
• Facilitate effective communication between delivery teams and senior stakeholders
• Work on-site in Leeds City Centre two days per week (hybrid)

PMO Analyst

Salesforce Administrator

• Support the ongoing delivery, optimisation and governance of the Salesforce platform across multiple business areas
• Provide hands-on technical administration and platform-focused expertise
• Engage with a Centre of Excellence to mature capabilities and support strategic Salesforce adoption
• Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance for configuration, integration, and optimisation of Salesforce
• Support Salesforce users with troubleshooting, reporting and change execution assistance
• Support and guide L2 and L3 colleagues, including upskilling and development plans
• Handle admin tasks, change requests and support tickets directly when needed
• Collaborate across consultancy teams to accelerate value delivery and create outstanding customer experiences
• Work predominantly remotely with very occasional on-site presence required in Leeds or London

Platform Engineer

• Research and evaluate new AWS services, features, and patterns to support evolving platform needs
• Work with senior non-technical stakeholders as well as technical stakeholders
• Develop proof-of-concepts and lightweight prototypes to validate infrastructure approaches
• Design and test scalable, secure cloud solutions, contributing to reference architectures and templates
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security teams to understand use cases and shape platform capabilities
• Build reusable infrastructure components using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the platform through testing and exploration
• Create documentation and knowledge-sharing resources to guide future adoption and implementation
