About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Project Manage infrastructure projects on behalf of our client through all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Ensure procurement activities comply with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through proactive engagement.
Manage project documentation and reporting in line with Defence and Bureau Veritas standards.
Deliver projects on time and within budget, with a focus on risk management and continuous improvement.
Oversee handover/takeover (HOTO) processes and ensure timely project closeout.
Capture and share lessons learned to improve future project delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Engineering, Construction Management)
A current Baseline Security Clearance (or ability to maintain one)
Proven experience managing construction projects, ideally within the Defence or Government sector
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile
Strong understanding of government procurement practices and compliance standards
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
