About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects
  • Oversees project progress, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Manage projects from inception through closeout, including design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store turnover, and project closeout
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, airport authorities, concession operators, etc.
  • Manage airport-specific project requirements including security protocols, badging, access restrictions, operational constraints, landlord approvals, and after-hours construction schedules
  • Direct consultants, contractors, vendors, and specialty trades
  • Coordinate branded retail and food service rollouts
  • Oversee contract administration, budgets, forecasts, and schedules
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
  • Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of three years of related experience
  • In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record)
  • PMP Strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of project components, process, and methodologies
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Technology Skills: Proficient in operating a computer, knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and web-based project management software
