About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-phase projects
Oversees project progress, coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners
Manage projects from inception through closeout, including design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store turnover, and project closeout
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, airport authorities, concession operators, etc.
Manage airport-specific project requirements including security protocols, badging, access restrictions, operational constraints, landlord approvals, and after-hours construction schedules
Direct consultants, contractors, vendors, and specialty trades
Coordinate branded retail and food service rollouts
Oversee contract administration, budgets, forecasts, and schedules
Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions
Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to clients, stakeholders, and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field; minimum of three years of related experience
In lieu of degree, five years or more of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record)
PMP Strongly preferred
Knowledge of project components, process, and methodologies
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Technology Skills: Proficient in operating a computer, knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and web-based project management software
