About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist the Operational Manager in overseeing operational activities
- Provide operational technical support to MOCs, RSCs, and units
- Assign and conduct internal audits of entities
- Ensure quality control of MOCs and SSQMs within the MO's zone
- Analyze internal and external complaints and claims
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree as a Merchant Navy Officer, Naval Architecture/Systems Engineer, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the maritime industry
- On-site experience as a surveyor highly valued
- In-depth knowledge of statutory regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.)
- Fluent English (written and spoken) essential for interaction with international teams and clients
- Proficiency in office tools and information systems
