Program Manager, Assurance Lead – NV1 Cleared

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the creation, management and monitoring of program-level planning and governance artefacts
- Provide day-to-day direction to project managers and drive delivery against approved plans and objectives
- Plan and execute assurance activities, supporting Gateway, Delivery Confidence Assessment and central agency reporting obligations
- Provide technical assurance on fitness for purpose, integration and alignment with enterprise architecture
- Develop and execute change management strategy, stakeholder impact assessments and business readiness activities
- Manage risks and issues, escalating to the Program Sponsor and Program Board with clear options and recommendations
- Build and maintain relationships across governance boards, project teams, service owners and suppliers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Australian citizen holding an active NV1 security clearance (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading, delivering or assuring large multi-project Government ICT programs
- Operating at SFIA level 6 or equivalent seniority
- Experienced working within established Commonwealth governance, assurance and reporting frameworks
- Clear, timely written advice and confident engagement with SES-level stakeholders
