About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Management and control of HSE documents and procedures;
Recording, tracking, and closing of actions and non-conformities in the system;
Interface with HSE coordinators from the divisions to consolidate information;
Monitoring deadlines and following up on action plans;
Support for the implementation and maintenance of the IMS (Integrated Management System);
Preparation and consolidation of performance indicators (KPIs) for safety, health, and environmental performance;
Assistance in developing and reviewing policies, procedures, and management reports;
Preparing data for internal and external audits and corporate reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Technical or university degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related fields;
Experience managing HSE systems;
Experience controlling actions and performance indicators (KPIs);
Knowledge of IMS and relevant standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001);
Familiarity with management systems, document control, and audits;
Proficiency in Excel; Power BI skills are a plus.
