About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for scheduling activities for Asset Management or Transactional project protocols.
  • Plans and implements resource allocation for projects/programs.
  • Analyzes and deploys resource pool in relation to project needs.
  • Communicates with key stakeholders to ensure adequate level of field staff.
  • Liaison between operational leadership, project resources, clients, and client representatives.
  • Evaluates project/program progress, delivery schedules, potential challenges.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in related field; minimum of one year of related experience.
  • In lieu of degree, two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with team members and client representatives.
  • Proficient in operating a computer, word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software.
