About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your mission is to take charge of the management and administration of the projects assigned to you.
  • Your role is essential to ensure optimal scheduling of operations and to guarantee our clients' satisfaction.
  • You will schedule technicians for assignments based on their qualifications, specialties, and expected intervention times.
  • You will trigger and monitor interventions by "internal subcontractors" in coordination with the different departments.
  • You will manage client relations by phone, negotiate and justify intervention timeframes.
  • You will prepare client schedules.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BTS GPME / DUT QLIO (or equivalent) — experience in a similar environment would be appreciated.
  • Customer-service oriented.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong persuasion and communication skills.
