About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work with our clients on the administrative and relationship management of their files.
  • Your mission is to ensure administrative and relational management with our clients while guaranteeing service quality and monitoring of files.
  • Entering and preparing training files in coordination with clients and our instructors.
  • Opening business files / entering business records in our management software.
  • Producing training deliverables.
  • Invoicing.
  • Managing client platforms.
  • Archiving contractual documents and reports.
  • Managing disputes.
  • Managing validation of service billing and compliance checks for invoices.
  • Telephone reception for the service’s clients and taking messages.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You are studying for a Bac+2/3 level diploma in SME/SMI Management or an equivalent qualification (equivalent to a 2–3 year post-secondary diploma such as an associate degree/HND).
  • You are comfortable using IT tools.
  • You quickly learn to use our management software.
  • You know how to listen and communicate with others.
  • You build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues through your customer service mindset.
  • You have knowledge of administrative and financial management.
  • You understand the stakes of billing and client follow-up.
  • You demonstrate rigor and attention to detail.
  • You are ready to take on challenges and contribute to the success of an international company.
  • You are characterized by team spirit, curiosity, a desire to learn, and a commitment to quality work.
