About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support project delivery across all lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, design, construction, and closure.
  • Contribute to successful project outcomes including developing design, assist in managing procurement activities in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules and monitoring onsite construction activities.
  • Develop project documentation and undertake reporting in accordance with Defence standards.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and engagement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture)
  • Must currently hold (or be eligible to obtain) a minimum Baseline Security Clearance
  • Experience supporting project delivery, ideally within the defence or broader government sector
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile is desirable
  • Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
