Architecture & Engineering Technical Report Reviewer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reviews Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Property Condition Assessment (PCA), Property Condition Equity (PCE), and/or Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) reports
- Communicates with the field staff and provides feedback on quality of written report
- Helps instruct the field staff and provides redlined versions of reports to field staff
- Monitors, prioritizes, and tracks work progress while providing quality control reviews and technical editing of reports
- Provides direct data to the team and is knowledgeable about client protocols
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field
- Minimum of five years of related experience
- Valid driver's license required with no significant MVA points/violations
- Current Registered Architect or Professional Engineer preferred
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures
- Proficient in operating a computer
- Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, and project management software
- Must be able to operate an electronic tablet in the field for live data collection
