About the role

  • Proactively identify and qualify new leads within the mining, metal processing, and smelter sectors to expand the company’s market share.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with mine owners, EPC contractors, and project stakeholders.
  • Present and promote integrated services, including QA/QC, HSE compliance, and technical support, tailored to client needs.
  • Lead the development of technical proposals, cost strategies, and commercial negotiations for service contracts.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving ESG/sustainability requirements affecting mining operations.
  • Conduct frequent site visits to mines and client offices to provide technical backup and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and visit summaries for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within the Mining, Metal, or TIC industry.
  • Deep understanding of mining operations, mineral processing, and regional mining regulations.
  • Established network with mining operators, smelter owners, and major EPC firms in Indonesia is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English for technical and commercial reporting.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities to close high-value service contracts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot).
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel frequently to remote mining sites.
