About the role
- Coordinate the administrative activities of the Consulting and HSE Measurement Agency
- Optimize operational processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of services
- Supervise and lead your team's activities (8 employees across multiple locations in Île-de-France)
- Lead morning briefings with Customer Relations Officers
- Conduct periodic coordination meetings to adjust Back Office service priorities
- Represent the agency in cross-functional meetings with other BO Managers in the BVE network
- Participate in the Executive Committee (CODIR) of the Île-de-France Agency
- Travel within Île-de-France is to be expected.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in management or team leadership, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management and team leadership
- Valid driver's license (category B) required.
