About the role

  • Preparation of PRL (Occupational Risk Prevention) documentation (Prevention Plan, Procedures, Instructions and records);
  • Conduct risk assessments (job role, activity, client), including measurements, analyses or tests considered necessary;
  • Plan preventive activities, including protective and preventive measures to be adopted and, where applicable, the personal protective equipment (PPE) to be used for control and risk reduction;
  • Carry out general information and training activities for workers;
  • Analyze and identify training needs; develop training modules;
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented preventive measures and the effectiveness of the program to control working conditions and reduce risks (safety visits, CAE meetings);
  • Lead actions to be taken in emergencies and provide first aid coordination;
  • Prepare emergency drills;
  • Investigate accidents and incidents;
  • Report occupational accidents and occupational diseases that have caused the worker more than 1 day of lost work (calculation of accident/incident rate indicators);
  • Manage medical check-ups with assigned medical centers according to location;
  • CAE management and support for Document Management for all activities and clients that require it.

Requirements

  • Higher education degree in relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years' professional experience in similar roles
  • Good knowledge of Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Senior Occupational Safety Technician Level VI (TSST).
