About the role
- Manage amicable debt collection for receivables
- Implement preventive measures with clients
- Manage client case files
- Handle amicable debt collection for an assigned client portfolio
- Conduct telephone calls with clients
- Take on additional tasks related to the team’s activities
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5 (e.g., Associate to Master’s level) in Law, Accounting, Finance or a related field
- Comfortable on the phone
- Able to build rapport and communicate professionally
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Proficient with tools to manage your activity efficiently
- Service-oriented with strong team spirit
- Able to build trusting relationships with clients and colleagues
- Eager to take on challenges and develop your skills
- Curiosity, a desire to learn and a commitment to high-quality work will make a difference
