About the role
- Management of projects for multiple concurrent audit services
- Project management using the Group's proprietary system
- Strong communication with stakeholders: contract administration, commercial team, clients, manufacturing sites, independent auditors and others
- Negotiating quotes for subcontracting third parties
- Updating the Group's audit management system
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues and conflicts inherent to the audit delivery process
- Managing relationships and providing clients and suppliers with project status information
- Managing audit budgets, adhering to allocated budgets and determining the project's financial structure
- Ability to influence stakeholders
Requirements
- Proactive, take‑ownership attitude
- Ability to work with agility and adaptability
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with the company, its business and clients is desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of customer service concepts
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Intermediate English
- Education: Completed or in-progress degree (Higher education or technical diploma preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields)
