About the role
- Successfully further develop, manage and implement our sales strategy
- Acquire new customers and expand the customer portfolio
- Work closely with all relevant departments and stakeholders as the interface between our customers and internal testing divisions (national and international)
- Proactively communicate and manage customer projects
- Conduct intensive market and competitor monitoring
- Independently prepare market and portfolio analyses as well as market development approaches
- Design, plan, implement and monitor customer retention measures
Requirements
- University degree in a natural science or business discipline, or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry preferred
- Several years of experience in customer service and new business development
- Very good German and English skills and good proficiency with MS Office / SAP
- Enjoy working with customers and understand the role as an interface between the laboratory and the customer
- Solution- and service-oriented communication style, with an organized, responsible and proactive way of working
- Commitment to performance and results-oriented approach
