About the role
- Create HSE project-related documents (PPSP, emergency plan, etc.)
- Support Project Managers (PM) and Site Managers (SM)
- Prepare and conduct site safety inductions for new personnel
- Prepare and lead HSE toolbox talks
- Attend site meetings
- Track non-conformities and HSE indicators
- Analyze work procedures and corresponding risk assessments
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in HSE or a related field
- Initial experience in HSE, ideally gained in industry, on construction sites, or in inspection/control companies
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level)
- Proficient with standard IT tools
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiasm for knowledge transfer and a pedagogical approach
