About the role
- Responsible for Sales & Marketing of all IND and NDT Services
- Support business line to comply with all TQR Issues
- Follow BV TQR Policies and HSE Requirements
- Understanding sales Process
- Sales Performance as per assigned KPI
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies
- Initiate activities to develop business as per the plan
- Communicating with clients for developing business (including field visits)
- Preparing proposals & contract reviews
- Presenting BV services to clients using PPT, brochures, email, phone calls
- Liaison with other business development teams for cross-selling
- Managing the production of marketing materials
- Managing budgets and monitoring competitor activity
- Supporting the marketing manager, other managers, and colleagues
- Providing weekly/monthly sales reports
- Focus on achieving business targets through existing business and developing new business opportunities
- Preparing sales forecasts and feasibility planning for new services
- Preparing tender document submissions
Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering with MBA in Marketing
- 2 to 3 year(s) of experience in related field
