About the role
- Lead the monitoring, management and development of our national clients
- Ensure the reliability of our interventions as well as client development and satisfaction
- Coordinate the organization of client projects
- Manage complete projects from commercial acquisition through to invoicing
- Handle commercial relationships, including account management and retention of Bureau Veritas clients as well as prospecting for new clients
- Contribute to drafting the budget, monitoring commitments and controlling associated costs
- Ensure quality in monitoring client performance
Requirements
- Hold a minimum Bac+2 (two-year higher education) or Bac+3 (three-year higher education) diploma
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project monitoring/management
- Valid driver's license (category B) required
