About the role
- Perform 3rd party surveillance within mill/manufacturing environments
- Monitor OCTG manufacturing processes including heat treatment, threading, hydrostatic testing, and QA
- Validate NDT results according to API/ISO standards
- Represent clients during critical manufacturing and inspection stages
Requirements
- S1 Engineering or any relevant fields
- 10+ years proven experience in OCTG 3rd Party Surveillance within mill/manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of OCTG manufacturing processes, heat treatment, threading, hydrostatic testing, and QA protocols.
- Ability to monitor welding quality and validate NDT results according to API/ISO standards.
- Skilled in representing the client during critical manufacturing and inspection stages.
- Mandatory Certifications: CSWIP 3.1 (valid) & ASNT Level II in UT, EMI, MP, and LP
