About the role

  • Your mission is to lead the monitoring, management and development of our national clients, both in direct contact with them and internally with our field teams.
  • Your role is to ensure the reliability of our operations as well as the development and satisfaction of our clients, in order to guarantee the safety of people and assets on their sites.
  • Coordinate the organization of client projects, including their regulatory requirements, through an internal network dedicated to our national clients, demonstrating leadership, internal and external communication, organization and rigor.
  • Manage end-to-end contracts from commercial launch through invoicing, responding to client needs and coordinating with internal and external subcontractors.
  • Manage commercial relationships, including account follow-up and retention of Bureau Veritas clients, as well as prospecting for new clients.
  • Contribute to budget preparation, monitor commitments and control associated costs.
  • Ensure quality in monitoring client performance (implementing performance tracking KPIs with clients).

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bac+2 (two-year post-secondary) or Bac+3 (three-year) diploma.
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management/tracking.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B) required.
