About the role

  • Translate Client Terms of Reference (TOR) or Request for Quotation (RFQ) into comprehensive technical proposals
  • Independently perform detailed project cost calculations (CAPEX/OPEX)
  • Manage the full tender lifecycle, ensuring 100% compliance with internal standards and strict client deadlines
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with sub-contractors or specialized vendors
  • Support the team in market research regarding competitor activities and industry trends

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Environmental Engineering
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Proposal Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Project Engineer
  • Solid understanding of chemical/process plant project workflows
  • Familiarity with Process Safety terminologies (e.g., HAZOP, QRA, SIL, Safety Case) is a significant advantage
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (PFD, P&ID)
  • Excellent English (Written and Verbal) is mandatory for technical reporting and global collaboration
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Chinese) is a strong plus
