About the role
- Lead audits for food-related organizations
- Assess compliance with food safety standards
- Prepare audit reports and present findings
- Collaborate with food manufacturers to improve quality processes
- Ensure adherence to regulations and standards in food manufacturing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or Chemical Engineering
- 5–10 years of experience, including 4–5 years in food manufacturing, QA/QC, dairy, or packaging industries
- Certified ISO 22000:2018 / FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor and HACCP (minimum 2-day training with exam)
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent report writing and communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia
