About the role
- Perform technical reviews of certification documents under supervision, including verification of compliance with relevant standards;
- Prepare basic technical reports and, when applicable, submit them to certification bodies;
- Conduct initial analysis of technical data, with validation from the supervisor;
- Interact with clients and laboratories to clarify simple outstanding issues, under guidance;
- Support the after-sales team in investigating reported nonconformities, proposing basic solutions;
- Keep records up to date in Fluig, ensuring compliance with applicable management standards.
Requirements
- Acts as a steward of the company’s values;
- Ability to present facts and recommendations effectively;
- Analytical skills;
- Knowledge of standards related to the certification process;
- Ability to solve low-complexity problems, such as clarifying issues with clients or supporting post-sales nonconformities;
- Preferred: knowledge of the audit process for standards related to the scope, if applicable;
- Preferred: knowledge of the certification process within the area’s scope;
- Preferred: intermediate English for reading;
- Preferred: intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
