Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Project Control for large-scale industrial or EPC projects
  • Strong capability in managing project costs, schedules, risks, and performance indicators
  • Skilled in project planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and progress reporting
  • Experienced in preparing and maintaining baseline schedules, cost estimates, and control plans
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 or MS Project
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to identify schedule delays, cost deviations, and risk impacts
  • Knowledge of change management, claims support, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across engineering, procurement, and construction teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines
