About the role
- Achieve sales targets in the Agricultural Commodities sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and local traders/farmers.
- Understand and interpret technical requirements for commercial value.
- Travel to ports, warehouses, and silos for client interactions and sales closures.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Food Technology, Chemistry, or Business.
- Minimum 3-5 years of Sales/Commercial experience in the Agricultural Commodities or TIC industry.
- Experience in selling Fumigation services is a distinct advantage.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Local language proficiency is essential for dealing with local traders/farmers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements (GAFTA/FOSFA standards) into commercial value.
- Willingness to travel to ports, warehouses, and silos.
