About the role
- Supervise a team of several inspectors
- Drive the commercial development of the service
- Ensure the quality of services and the growth of the business
- Lead and manage a team of 15 inspectors
- Develop the service commercially and identify new opportunities
- Provide technical support and promote skills development within your team
- Manage the client portfolio and ensure follow-up of files
- Participate in the development of your team's training plan
Requirements
- Proven experience in team management
- Strong commercial/business development skills
- Valid driver's license (Category B) required
