About the role
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction managers to develop comprehensive project plans
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed architectural and structural designs, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines, conducting site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the stability and safety of structures
- Choose appropriate construction materials based on project requirements, budget, and environmental considerations
- Incorporate sustainable practices into design and construction processes,
- Prepare detailed reports, blueprints, and documentation for project approval and permits
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate fluently in English, in both written and oral commands
- Ability to work independently and/or in team on several projects
- Knowledge of construction site
- Hardworking and attention to details
