About the role

  • Providing administrative support to technical teams, including management of quotations, contracts, and invoicing
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the daily operations of technical departments: purchase order entry, logistical follow-up, and schedule management
  • Organizing business travel and reviewing employees’ expense reports
  • Coordinating and organizing meetings and departmental seminars
  • Supporting the onboarding process of new employees (check-in, badge requests, administrative coordination)

Requirements

  • You hold a two-year higher education degree (equivalent to Bac +2) and have significant experience in an administrative assistant role, ideally in a structured or technical environment.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills and are able to manage priorities effectively.
  • You are dynamic, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
  • You are proficient in office tools, particularly Microsoft Office, and have good writing skills.
  • You enjoy working as part of a team and feel comfortable in a multicultural environment.
  • You have a good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling you to communicate effectively with our international network.
