About the role
- Design, deliver and strengthen talent and leadership capabilities
- Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and support in creating an annual training schedule
- Design, develop, and update internal training materials
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training programs
- Act as a strategic partner and hands-on facilitator for learning and talent growth
- Monitor training courses and ensure compliance
- Conduct onboarding and orientation training
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
- At least 2-years experience in HR
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- High ownership and capable of managing projects end-to-end
- Purpose-driven about people development and growth
- Confident to influence without authority and can build trust with stakeholders
