About the role
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and structural engineers to ensure cohesive design and integration.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Address and resolve any on-site engineering issues.
- Develop and review design plans for civil, structural, and architectural components.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee on-site construction activities related to civil, structural, and architectural elements.
- Ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with design specifications and project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
