About the role
- Prepare comprehensive bidding documentation and technical specifications
- Conduct thorough technical reviews of contractor submissions
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards
- Review design proposals and technical drawings
- Provide recommendations for optimization and feasibility
- Develop and implement Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with Thai safety regulations and international standards
- Conduct comprehensive project audits and inspections
- Manage contractor performance and contractual obligations
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities and progress
- Monitor budget, schedule, and quality metrics
- Manage change orders and contract modifications
- Manage final inspections and handover procedures
- Prepare project completion documentation
- Conduct lessons learned sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5-7 years of construction project management experience
- Strong understanding of industrial construction and fit-out projects
- Familiarity with EHS regulations and best practices
- Knowledge of Thai construction standards and regulations
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
- Attention to detail and quality focus
- Leadership and team coordination capabilities
