About the role

Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is the minimum requirement, with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Engineering more preferred.
- Hands-on engineering and commissioning experience in power and water projects, including geothermal power plants, is essential.
- Understanding the plant's process and the challenges posed by corrosive geothermal steam is critical.
- Thorough understanding of steam turbine operational cycles, control logic, and protection systems (e.g., overspeed protection, vibration monitoring) is necessary.
- Proven experience in site acceptance testing (SAT), pre-commissioning, commissioning, and fault finding during start-up is required.
