About the role
- Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders (clients and internal teams).
- Write user stories and functional specifications.
- Oversee development, testing and UATs through to production deployment.
- Manage change: deployments, internal adoption and post-rollout follow-up.
- Propose innovative solutions tailored to operational challenges and employee experience.
- Support internal teams in adopting new tools and processes.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program at an engineering school, business school or equivalent, with a specialization in digital transformation or project management.
- Ideally have prior experience in coordination, project management or drafting specifications.
- Comfortable with IT tools and possess strong written and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, organized and ready to tackle technical challenges in an innovative environment.
- Good level of English and motivated to work in an international context.
- Seeking an enriching and formative professional experience.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or Figma; knowledge of the maritime sector; experience in change management or user adoption.
