About the role
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including subcontractors and vendors, to achieve project objectives.
- Implement and enforce quality control and safety measures to meet industry standards.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates and managing scope changes.
Requirements
- Superintendency experience is essential, proven capability in managing contracts, stakeholders, and compliance.
- Proven experience managing complex remediation or environmental projects within regional areas of Australia, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring clear communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, Scientist, or a related field is desired
- Comprehensive knowledge in developing and managing detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience with management of environmental approvals
- Baseline security clearance advantageous
