About the role
- Identify and qualify new opportunities through market research, networking, and customer visits.
- Support senior sales managers in managing key accounts and preparing proposals for technical or project-based services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including procurement, site engineers, project owners, and consultants.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate technical/commercial clarifications, and follow up to drive conversion.
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and activity logs in CRM tools.
- Coordinate with internal technical, tendering, and operations teams to ensure proposals are accurate, feasible, and competitive.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and key project pipelines in target sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or other customer-facing roles.
- Experience in oil & gas, power, mining, construction, or industrial services is preferred.
- Basic understanding of project lifecycles (feasibility, design, construction, operation) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Fluent in conversational English.
