• Assist in monitoring accounts receivable invoices and ensure the timely collection of debtors, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Help set up new projects and maintain project files and contract databases.
• Manage project financial reconciliations and assist with updating forecasts for our projects.
• Produce accurate and timely management reports related to projects, providing essential financial information to the Project Leaders.
• Assist the Project Leaders with financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.
