About the role

  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
  • Maintain detailed payroll records and documentation
  • Manage employee benefits deductions and enrollments
  • Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payroll reports and tax filings
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Utilize payroll software systems and maintain data integrity
  • Any additional related task advised by Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Proficiency with payroll software systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
