About the role
- Proactively monitor the central tender’s inbox and allocate tasks to meet deadlines.
- Produce Fee Proposals, EOIs, and Tenders, with a focus on both small and large-scale projects (including complex scopes and high-value clients).
- Coordinate Tender/Bid Assistants to ensure accurate and timely execution of proposals.
- Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and are followed up appropriately, with bid status updated.
- Respond to non-price criteria such as sustainability and procurement requirements.
- Manage accurate data entry, file/document management, and compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Support the wider team with ad-hoc duties, ensuring outstanding service to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar tender administration or coordination role.
- General knowledge of the Building and Construction industry (highly regarded but not essential).
- Proficiency and accuracy in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
