About the role
- Responsible for sales related to training services to clients
- Identify, develop, approach, and follow-up on new sales leads and prospects
- Conduct telesales to finalize potential customers
- Define potential portfolio customers and conduct sales meetings
- Collect customer demand, enquiry and expectations, and issue quotes/contracts
- Prepare and negotiate proposals/contracts
- Manage sales pipeline and forecast to achieve targets
- Build, manage and follow up sales database
- Maintain good relationships with clients and prospects
- Support preparing tenders and specific tasks
- Coordinate with operations departments to deliver high quality service
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years working experience in Sales/Business Development
- Knowledge of ISO and working for Certification Body is advanced
- Excellent Sales/Business Development skills
- Proficiency in training management systems and advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English
- Strong Problem-Solving and decision making abilities
