About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform employee administrative management: update personnel files, manage enrollment in supplementary health insurance and provident plans, follow up on outstanding items, issue France Travail certificates…
  • Enter variable data into the Time Management tool: sick leave, maternity, workplace accidents, vacation, etc.
  • Input and verify fixed and variable payroll data (bonuses, on-call allowances, overtime, etc.)
  • Prepare, review and approve payslips in compliance with deadlines and applicable legislation
  • Manage provident files and follow up on CPAM (French health insurance) compensation in the context of subrogation for sick and maternity leave, etc.
  • Produce and verify final settlement statements and send end-of-contract documents
  • Manage social and tax declarations (DSN, contributions, adjustments)
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements by proposing appropriate solutions
  • Respond to internal employee questions regarding payroll and Time Management
  • Work closely with the Payroll Manager to ensure optimal administration and provide support for the deployment of various projects
  • Update payroll tools and ensure proper application of collective agreements and updates to contractual conventions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong knowledge of social, legal and tax rules applicable to payroll
  • Proficiency in payroll calculations and related controls
  • Proven experience required with ADP Decidium payroll software and ADP Time Management (GTA)
  • Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage urgent situations
  • Attention to detail and rigor to ensure data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently while escalating issues and communicating with the Payroll Manager
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a constantly evolving environment
