About the role
- Strategic management of paid acquisition: translate business objectives into measurable acquisition goals.
- Define channel-specific acquisition strategies based on target audiences.
- Ensure alignment between targeting, messaging and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs: CPL, CPA, cost per registration, conversion rate, ROAS.
- Identify optimization levers and recommend budget reallocations.
- Produce regular reporting for the Head of the Digital Marketing department.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid platforms.
- Strong understanding of attribution models and tracking.
- Budget management and ROI optimization.
- Advanced reading and analysis of acquisition KPIs.
- Experience coordinating with media agencies.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEA synergies is a plus.
