About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure Bupa and sponsored workforce remain compliant with key home office legislation
Manage an array of immigration and Sponsorship compliance queries and cases
Provide guidance and support at all levels throughout the business
Advise on employee eligibility for sponsorship in the UK under Skilled worker visa route
Submit accurate and compliant applications for Certificates of Sponsorship through the Home Office’s Sponsorship Management System
Deliver excellent level of service and support to internal stakeholders and customers across Bupa

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in immigration compliance and sponsorship is highly desirable
Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
Ideally someone who has experience in compliance, onboarding or who comes from a regulated industry
Proactive, attention to detail, highly organised, excellent time management skills and able to manage various jobs
Good level of administration experience and MS Office and IT skills
