About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support in the co-ordination of recruitment processes
- Interview scheduling and preparation of materials
- Create a welcoming candidate experience
- Manage regular reporting and data analysis
- Assist in market mapping and identifying talent
- Maintain operational documentation
- Create presentation material
- Be the point of contact for HR onboarding
- Manage procurement and PO process
- Work in partnership with executive recruitment managers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience in an administrative role within either HR or Recruitment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- A helpful, positive, customer focused mindset
