About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supporting Reward Business Partners with day‑to‑day stakeholder management across People Services, Pay Services, managers and external suppliers.
  • Managing shared mailboxes and case workflows, responding to reward‑related queries and ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
  • Acting as the Health & Care Services subject matter expert for the SNOW case management system, maintaining processes and highlighting service risks.
  • Administering cyclical reward processes such as welcome bonuses, Care Friends, salary frameworks, Pay Governance Committees, People Board submissions and the Annual Reward Review.
  • Tracking, validating and processing payments accurately and within payroll deadlines.
  • Supporting core reward activities including incentive cycles, salary surveys, pay governance routines and systems activity.
  • Providing analytical support for reward‑related transformation and change projects.
  • Supporting job evaluation activity, coordinating documentation, stakeholders and panel scheduling.
  • Assisting Workday users by resolving access or functional queries and escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintaining reward documentation, policies and content libraries to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve reward processes, services and user guidance through continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A solid working knowledge of people administration, reward governance, payroll processes and the importance of data accuracy.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, inboxes and deadlines.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, with the confidence to explain reward processes and guidance to managers and People teams.
  • Good analytical skills, including confidence using Excel to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Experience working with Workday (or equivalent HR systems) to investigate and resolve data or process issues.
  • A proactive, solution‑focused approach with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience using case management tools (such as SNOW) and managing queries in a structured way.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
